I don't think this is the place for you if you're looking for a car free lifestyle. The Triangle area is an upbeat go out and do it type place. Most of the time you'll need a car for that...

Its great. Numerous clubs and quite a few events in the surrounding area. Good roads however, its far safer to ride the rural roads and these are the areas where the club rides generally take...
