The OP already has the hub.
Since they are having the wheel built, the builder can EASILY add a 5mm spacer. (and longer axle if they aren't comfortable with 3mm protrusion on each end)

Actually, all you need is a 5mm spacer added to the NDS.
A QR axle is 11mm longer than the DO spacing, leaving 5.5mm protruding on each side.
You can fudge that and leave 3mm protruding on each...
