IDK. IIRC, the 7900's have a longer than standard throw (or something?), and weren't compatible with regular levers, but I may be wrong about that. At any rate used 7800 on fleabay is the way to go...

Dura Ace brakes are the best! In general I prefer Shimano brakes (at any tier) over their big competitors - a little heavier, but they are more reliable and have the best stopping power IME.

and a low conc (~20%) in a bucket with one of those big auto sponges that fill cracks and holes
