Made for 27" wheels. A Campy brake reaches a 700c brake surface on the front, but not the rear - you'd need a drop bolt to run 700c out back.

Fork is an Edge 2.0.

I highly recommend EPS. Their service was stand up, and a couple of their guys are bike racers.
