As far as general advice goes, if you want something new and cheap, go to bikesdirect.com and get yourself a Kilo TT. Best bang for your buck. Anything else pales in comparison at the same price...

If it's just the frame, then it doesn't matter...

If it's just the frame, then it doesn't matter much except for the wheel clearance. If you absolutely need the wheel clearance, then get the steamroller. If not, then just upgrade your components....

Actually I got the RD2 (cranks and chainring) from Ben's Cycle on Ebay for the exact same price. For some reason, it's listed as just RD, but it's stamped RD2 on the cranks.

Haha that's wild. But yeah, you may want some new bars. Those bars don't offer much in terms of versatility when riding on the tops; the space available to hold on to is very narrow.
