This bike does look to be a nicer mid level model from the late 70's but it's in horrible shape. Based on the amount of rust I would say pass on this one doubt most of the components will be usable...

Nice get for $30 I would say cleaned up ready to go it should get about $150. Since this is a slightly cheaper variant of the GP with steel wheels, plastic saddle and likely steel bars.

I would agree that seems about $100-150 overpriced it is a low end model and probably hasn't ever been serviced based on description so it will need a full servicing and likely new tires.
