plastic or metal, double gate toeclips hurt my feet. (i have narrow feet)

i prefer metal double toeclips and run them on my fast bike but plastic ones are more comfortable for my beater bike.

flatter straight bars will do the trick for your stem length but watch out they arent to narrow... you want the bars pretty wide to stabilize heavier...
