Changing the tube is the only solution unless it is an extremely slow leak. If your tube went suddenly flat it isn't a slow leak.

I'd buy a cheap replacement arm from Amazon until you can get the 105 back orderd. They run about $20. Or call up shops in the area and see if any have left side crank arms in their junk bucket.

Do you run adblock+ on Chrome? I noticed that it seems to work on IE but not Chrome, but there is a commercial. I might try and disable adblock+ and see if that is what is killing it later.
