yeah, it drives me nuts how often they (Phil especially) screw stuff up. But they do make even the most mundane stages seem exciting somehow.

Yes, I know many riders that have done it. Sorry I do not have first hand knowledge for you as I have never done it myself.

From what i hear it is just as advertised. Very flat, and fast.

Got rained on (with some hail!) early. Then roasted in the 90+ degree heat on Sand and Lookout...

Yes, very familiar with the Harpeth River Ride and the Trace Parkway. I live within 2 miles of it, and am cycling on it all the time. Often with Trace Bikes group.

knees, what suppliments/braces have people had success with?

then i just carry two bottles, and almost always fine...
