Installing Shimano 7610 BB

I'm trying to figure out the right tool to install the cups for a Shimano 7610 bottom bracket. This is the version with the square taper spindle. Could someone point me to the right tool? Thanks.

But I can use a symmetrical BB, right? Also, for the chainring do I just get a road one that fits the arms, or does it need to be specifically a track chainring?
