Yeh, training session but i was using the mag...

Yeh, training session but i was using the mag trainer (with no resistance) instead of the rollers. I still feel way too sketchy on the rollers, not sure why because i can hold a track stand fairly...

I think the real reason is for NJS certification the cranks and BB needs to be 3 piece, hollowtech...

Sorry for another thread on pedals.

I have read all the threads on here about people modding shimano spd-sl pedals and discussion of how the older shimano metal cleat pedals are better for track...
