Can a SRAM rival rear derailleur handle a SRAM apex 11-32 cassette?

Or is the cage too short? It seems to handle my 28t cassette just fine, and I'm wondering if I can squeeze in four more without buying a new derailleur.

Last time this happened, I assumed I just didn't quite align the tube with the rim, and it pulled the valve...

Overall, carbon fiber isn't really a smart material to make seatposts from. In most cases alloy is stronger and lighter. If I were you I'd change seatposts.
