100 miles in the city, yeah, I have to agree with that. But if you did 100 miles of boat basin to alpine PD repeats, you will have no problem with any GFs, guaranteed. :thumb:

Funny enough, when I read him comparing this with the NYC Century, I had a little chuckle. The NYC Century is child's play compared to this. Perhaps GFNY would be a good start towards preparation...

it was a good ride and well marked. going back to the train station was a bit hairy with the amount of vehicular traffic involved. lots of cyclists, so best to be in the front as usual.

For example, my cycling club has a real deficiency of C level rides, so sometimes I lead them during the weekend...

Very happy to hear you complete the ride unscathed, and all the volunteers/ride marshals did a fantastic job despite the horrid conditions. We had marshals sweep to ensure there were no other riders...

Never done the Bike MS before, but have done the northern portions of the route. I will be marshaling the course, and should see you there. :thumb:
