Used a Sugino Cycloid 40-something ring as the single ring on a C-dale hybrid for a while. Perfectly ok for that, too.

I'm guessing your condition is something other than V fib, as that is a condition that may result in cardiac arrest. Maybe ventricular tachycardia, which can sometimes lead to V fib? Or atrial fib?...
