You would need to block out the 12t cog in the rear.

*this is assuming that you are using 700c wheels, and are in the USA.

I was trying to figure out if I would be allowed to use aero bars in time trials, I have heard people say I can or can't, but have not found a rule that says I couldn't. So is it allowed?
