You need to find out your basal metabolic rate. Gaining and losing weight isn't really all that complicated, calories in vs calories out....

GT ATB Ti bottom bracket bearing replacement.

I have a GT Ti bottom bracket that I would like to replace the bearings on. The sleeve is an exact fit between the bearing so there isn't a good way to hold the bearings while the spindle is pressed...

Got the new wheels and tires in today. IMO it looks way way better with the black/black combo, not to mention the Maxxis are 35c...
