Convert Felt Road Z70 to Urban Z70

Has anyone converted their drop handlebars to flat handlebars on the Felt Z70 or similar bike? Is it easy moving the shifters, etc?

Felt 2.3 saddle to Avatar 155 - Ouch!

I had the Felt 2.3 saddle on the bike and I thought that I could get a new seat and it would even be more comfortable. I could barely ride 5 miles without being in so much pain that I got a muscle...

Numb / Tingling Feet

Just got back into Road Riding with my Felt Z70 and after about 50 minutes, I noticed my feet were numb / tingling. Is this due to the seat cutting off circulation?
