Most of the saddles that come on bikes are not that good, unless you get a high end bike. Even then its a crap shoot.
If you can do the test ride thing give it a shot. No need to suffer while trying...

Do what I did a while back when bike shopping. Test ride a bike with Di2 and compare it to a similar bike with mechanical shifting. I didn't think much of the Di2. I still prefer shifting my own...
