I have a set of Red ACS Z Rims with the date stamped March 23 but not Year. Instead it states ASND. Is there a meaning behind it?

Old School BMX ACS Z Rims Date Stamp???

So I cam across a pair of Red ACS Z Rims but I can't figure out the year. It stamped March 28 "ASND" instead if a year like 1984 which was likely the year it was made.
