Record hub question

This is the second time I've come across these, they look exactly like nuovo record hubs but they don't say "record" anywhere. Any ideas?

Another campagnolo hub id thread

I consider myself to be pretty good at iding campy hubs but this one has me stumped. Skewers look to be triomphe but no clue as to what the hub is. Any guesses?

I disagree - even a 28" production frame will be too small for anyone over 6'9". Kid would need a custom for sure to be comfortable (not saying that's an option).

My thoughts exactly, never seen an extended head tube on a frame this old before. I figured it was a custom job but according to Marinoni it was one of their standard sizes.
