I had a problem with gritty noise coming from a Look delta pedal. When I got it apart I found the noise was not from worn or dirty bearings, but from grit caught in the plastic dust shield.

I have replaced bearings in that type of Specialized hub using standard bearings from McMaster. Heat the hub to 250 to 275F and pull them out with the right tool. Heat again and push the new ones in....
