If you read a little more about the Steamroller here you'll see it's unusually long (TT) for the size.
547mm(!) for the 53cm frame. I expect you'd be much better off with the 49.

In my experience, if you've not riden a lot, it won't matter much. You don't yet know what 'feels' right.
