Stay away from that place. There has to be a decent LBS in the area. My retirement job is working in an LBS, and we'd never pull that stuff on a customer, nor would most of our competitors.

I work at an LBS, and we stock 700c tubes with up to 80mm stems as well as extensions up to 98mm. If you get your tubes at a box store, it could be problematic. ;)
