I had total knee replacement about 10 years ago. After three weeks I was cycling and walking. After six weeks I hiked 5 miles. Now I am 67 and ride 15 to 20 miles daily.

I have slicks on my 04 Speed TR and have had 2 flats in about 300 mles or so. Last flat I used the Slinky sealant and it worked great and no flats in another 200 miles.
