I had the internals replaced on my SL+ to G3. It took just over a week door-to-door and recalibrating was a non-issue. Just pair it with your head unit when you get it, re-zero and you're all set....

Rideaz - Very nice! I had a friend in this race (in a Jobing.com kit, but so was everyone...). It was great to see all of the women racers in both the cat 4 and cat 1-3 races.

I agree, but you may want to e-mail the promoter just to be sure. A few small things like the seat and bars being too far forward are easily overlooked. A missing seat tube, not so much.

Most of my races are in Phoenix (1.5 hrs) or Tucson (3.5 hrs). I've driven up to 5 hrs for a race, and it looks like I'll be hitting some of the CA races this year.
