It's very likely that they are the same frame and have similar components. My Windsor Tourist from Bikes Direct is basically the same as the Nashbar...

When your 11-34 wears out, then get a 11-32. You'll only notice the difference on very steep climbs.

You can buy 5-6-7-8-9 speed cassettes, freewheels, and other related parts still. I doubt that...

I'm just an inch shorter than the OP but the same inseam and weight. I ride a 2010 Defy Advance 3. I did have to raise the handlebars with an angled stem to make is about an inch higher.
