I ordered some spokes from Thor USA and received the wrong sizes, emailed him and he basically said I should use them even if they're 2mm shorter than I had ordered, I guess that's how he builds...

if you're going by the frame, you should ensure that the frame is properly aligned. Take a wheel that you know has correct dishing and check it....

They're prices are up there with US online stores ones, probably much cheaper than europeans are used to.
