Agreed. You should be able to test ride one. For a 3k budget, why not look in to getting custom fit for something so that your longer rides are more comfortable. Any particular reason you want/need...

It'd be a waste of money to get something else. Keep what you have. Make sure its a perfect fit and concentrate on training, riding and having fun.

Overall, great ride yesterday at the Princeton NJ segment. However, it was the most poorly marked route I've ever been on. They really need to improve that in the future.
