Back in the day, I installed a few of the Mavics. They really were top quality. I still have the chamfering mill in my tool kit. The Velo Orange unit doesn't need to have the BB chamfered.

Great source, thanks. I could spend some $$ there. Their AL washers are too big at 8.4mm, but the Ti are available in 7 or 8mm OD.

Birthday ride

Another year, another mile added. 56 miles in 2 hrs., 50 min., 4 secs. 19.8 mph average. Nice and windy. Rode from Ventura to Santa Barbara and back. A gorgeous day on the central coast.
