might be a little large but completely depends on your legs and torso. do a search for fitting - theres loads of info. why not the ciocc com 12.5 - cheaper and its a fantastic steel frame.

but its not too stiff.

it rides beautifully. very forgiving yet very responsive. i was very impressed...
