From experience.... Riding will help your rowing a lot more than rowing will help your riding.

I know... It's more the idea of the whole thing. IMO, if you have the results to cat up, you should. See: Colton or Draye... If you can win a Cat 3 race, you can be competitive in a p12.

Take up another sport for a while. Seriously. I suggest running, rowing, or something of the like. It's working for me. I'm at least willing to ride my bike occasionally again.
