That's a question you'll have to ask Cannondale. The only bikes that have internal routing are ones equipped with Di2 shifting.

The brick wall is at the bike shop. This picture was taken right after I purchased the bike and got fitted. They put the mount on the wall for the sole purpose of photographing some of their builds.
