They're not easy to identify, but this are Campagnolo 1010 drop outs. The drillings are for weight saving purposes, but more quirky is the back side treatment of the drop...

The AB was introduced later (around 80) as economical alternative for the AA (since early 70s). The AA has a Roto or Cinelli shell and a nicer crown. I think that is pretty much it. Tubing is same.
