At any rate, DT Swiss makes a 12mm x 135mm Freeride hub, you can probably use that for a 14mm drop-out without the need to use adaptors.

The only "high-end brand" 24 inch suspension fork I know of is from Marzocchi and it's called the D-Street 24.

It's a MTB "urban jump" fork and it's not cheapie Chinese copy, it's the real thing...

If that's a dead end, try for the smallest MTB clamp...
