I am thinking that the tubing will be on par with Raleigh etc, so I will turn it into a cruiser, unsure whether drop bar or not yet.

My point would be, where do we think the parts on eBay have come from? It is better to think the parts are going on a bike and getting that bike going, rather than being parted out and all parts...

A thing to remember too is that the more high end the frame the more work in stem height is needed, anything post 90 they went shorter in seat post tubes and more often than not head tubes as well...
