Interesting. I didn't realize there were different 26" and 650B versions. My Mirada appears identical to yours save for being blue in color and a size or maybe two larger.

My wifes Mirada has 26" MTB wheels, (559mm). I've had knobbies as large as 2.1" on it with no rubbing issues.

FWIW, I've had a Brooks Flyer (springs) for quite a few years now and never have had the slightest problem mounting various saddlebags to the loops on the saddle.
