I changed jobs at 51 to a more physical one. My back use to give me problems before not so much now. My core muscles have gotten a lot stronger but now at almost 59 its arthritis.:(

I see you have a eclipse pannier. I wasn't aware they made bicycle products. I had one of their tank bags on a Suzuki GS 850 back in the late 70's. Nice bag.

Thanks for the reply. I measured the overlap, just setting it in the tire without the tube it has a 14" overlapping. Seems a little excessive, thinking of cutting about 6". To much?
