Had one of these way back when. Mid to late 80' I believe, black and silver. Loved it. Was a larger frame than yours, but looks almost identical.

I use two cable locks with Kevlar wrap for mine....

I use two cable locks with Kevlar wrap for mine. One cable goes through the rear wheel, frame and seat mounts, and the other goes through the front wheel frame, and whatever I am locking the bike...

I always wear gloves. I have the fingerless type with padding. I don't know the brand, as I bought them real cheap on ebay from Hong Kong. They work great, and I would not ride without them.

Congratulations on your new bike purchase. I am sure you will enjoy your new steed. I agree with the others regarding fit, That is the most important thing. Does no good to ride an ill fitting bike.
