Hmmm ... is riding (indoors due to weather) when a bit sick detrimental to health and recovery? Trying to decide if I should just go to be early and rest or still hit a planned trainer session.

Anything past the delta is coastal for us suckers in the Central Valley. I grew up on the coast (Monterey), but never rode when I lived there. Need to go visit old roads from a different perspective.
