10 Wheels, those all look like red rear lights to me. The clear lenses have red LEDs behind them (superflash turbo, radbot, etc).

You may have put in a narrower bb spindle, which would explain why you didn't have rubbing before and why you have rubbing now. That and definitely cross-chaining.
