I have an ECO on a P-8, but I have never measured the RD wheels. I would think that Sun Tour may work. Wait. It appears to be the same size (but I am using a ruler with RD on bikes).

I am cheap, so on low end bikes I cut a piece of AC duct sealing tape (NOT duct tape) to fit the chain stay area. It does have a slight texture, but sticks way better than Lizard Skin. Costs less...
