It depends on where in Portland the bike is. EnSelle is out of business. If the bike is in south Portland, Lakeside in Lake Oswego is good, north Portland Velocult and West End out NW and Beaverton.

There are lots of people who ride to the first rest stop, have cookies, then return from there to the start, it's about 35 miles that way. I always reserve that option if the weather turns rotten.
