Just a question are the chains on Fat bikes different to regular ones on MTB.

I had my fat bike since November, and noticed the chain wear is already at 75%, then again i rode in winter in -25c...

Would it be good idea to do almost no biking at all 5 to 6 days prior to a big bike race? big as in a 100 miler MTB, that is 6 hours riding at least etc.

just do a few spin ups and recovery style...

same amount of calories as a GEL
no maltodextrin
and slips down throat easily
