It will probably go up to, or over 200. Watch out in the last minute or two, some people like to swoop up stuff at the last second, 150 will most likely not get yo those cranks.

Yeah I would go with something closer to 58, it is a matter of preference though, nothing less than 57. You might be able to get away with a 59 if you are 6'2" but a 58 or so would be perfect.
