Once had a similar problem. Turned out to be the presta valve stem (which was longer than necessary)clicking against the aero rim during rotation at certain speeds.

When I really crank hard (climbing or standing) my Shimano Dura Ace rear deraileur shifts up (ie, to a smaller cog/higher gear ratio). Any suggestions/adjustments for this? Thanks
