I did not like my Rubino Pro in the rain at all. Even in the dry, they don't feel grippy. Would recommend Michelin Krylion Carbon as training tires.

No, SPD will not fit that pair of shoes. The three holes you see are for SPD-SL, you need a 2 bolt pattern for SPD. You really don't want to walk around with SPD-SL cleats, the cleats will wear out...
