Ooooh, those are all very tempting. My son is almost 10, and when he's a little older, I hope to take him on some tours. Maybe not as exotic as those, but any tour would be better than nothing.

That's a nice rack! We used a rack like that to race RAAM as a relay team. It was nice because we had to transition every 15 min. or so, and we could load/unload bikes very easily and very quickly.

Based on the pics, I'd say the bike is mid-80's. I assume it has horizontal rear dropouts. Dropout spacing is probably 126mm. Should be easy to convert to fixed. Can't tell what crankset it has,...
