the slower you go the harder its going to be for you to balance. My recomendation would be to find a 8-12 stair rail w/o a kink at the bottom, with stairs on one side and bushes/grass on the other.

Depending on what kind of surface you ride on, 35psi is going to ruin your wheels and your going to get a ton of flats. For someone that is 220lbs, I would say run no less than 60-70psi.

You can probably pull it off, the wheels will need some maintinence, but most things should be alright. Most people's "street" bikes now adays are race bikes w/ 14mm rear axles.

thats typical of a freecoaster, some high end feecoasters can be adjusted but chances are since this came stock on your bike that its not adjustable. I suggest getting a non-freecoaster wheel.
