Alright then. I think I'll be getting there at around 6-ish. Thanks for the info, and it's a relief to hear that the 15mph is not a speed limit, or else people would be sitting on their brakes!

If you mean the Allez Elite (which I assume you do: Tiagra STI's, FD, and 105 RD) then 1050 sounds like a good deal. If it's the normal Allez then 1050's a little high.
