Wow. Recover well bmx.
I'm done with Golden Cheetah - it now crashes every time I try to see any ride detail. I guess I'll play with PowerAgent for now.
Congrats on the clear report. And the prep is good for a pound or two of weight loss, no?
1:15 on the trainer. The winter rains have arrived.
Thanks - Ordered!
Awesome - thanks!
Interesting - how exactly do you pull a freehub assembly off? is it just an outward pull on the whole cassette? This sounds like it may be the way to go for me.
I didn't realize Shimano had released an 11 speed 105 group (looks like it was in March - where have I been)! I will go 105 if I go with the 11 spd conversion - I see the whole group is on chain...
Ah! The chain of course...
Do I need to change the RD or is the difference all in the shifters? (In other words is the cable pull ratio the same?)
I need to convert my rain bike, which has a 10spd dura-ace drive train to 11spd so I can use my 11spd power tap wheel and I'm having a hard time figuring out what I need to change.
I did 23 races, which is twice what I raced in the last 4 years combined. 16 were weeknight auto race-track points races, 2 crits, and 5 road races.
One podium - 3rd place in a weeknight points...
Darn - heal well indigo.
I happen to have my $20 Ritchey logic 5nm torque key at work so I tested it on a calibrated meter and measured 4.8 - 5.1 nm on each of about 6 tests. Maybe I just I got lucky and got a good one, but...
Oh man, tough weekend for BF offspring. Hope everyone heals up quickly.
Congrats on a safe race and some decent results tetonrider. Great write-up too.
Too much talk in the media about TJ killing it in the time trial and landing on the podium. I'm rooting for him for sure, but lets not jinx him with 3 hard mountain stages and the TT to get through!
I lost about 5 lbs. getting a colonoscopy last fall. Not in the polyps that were removed - those were only a few grams. Mostly in the water loss and caloric deficit during the diarrhetic lead in...
Do you have power data from all 4 races? That would be fun to compare.
Sucks. Hope you heal quickly.
Glad you are on the mend robabeetle. It is great that you are getting back in shape and enjoying the bike - that is the important thing. Race when it feels right.
Thanks - I have been racing a bunch this spring/summer but mostly road races and weeknight circuit races and too busy at work to keep up with bf. It is good to be back in sort of race shape and good...
lol. Yeah, so maybe they were right to not bring Wiggins, but it was my first thought when I saw today's results.
He would have gotten through todays stage upright and with the leaders and therefore been in contention for a podium spot... but yeah his spring sucked.
Sky should have brought Wiggins.
Nice job on the 2nd place jmikami. That was a fast race on a tight course.
I was in the same race, and it was my first crit in 5 years so I was a bit nervous going in. jmikami described the...
